Happy National BBQ Day! Yes, you did read that right, everyone’s favourite summer activity has a National Day of celebration in its honour!

Chicken Kebab with Pineapple and Cherry Tomatoes

Pair juicy pineapple with rich chicken and sweet cherry tomatoes to blow everyone away and your next bbq event. Simply cut the chicken and pineapple into squares and spike them, along with the tomato, on the skewer. Then cook them over the grill for a delicious chargrilled flavour.

Sizzling Pork Saussages

Pork sausages are an absolute classic and every good BBQ has loads to share. You’ll quickly learn that skewers are your best friend when it comes to sausages. Simply spike them like shown in the image above and cook them on both sides until they are cooked through.

Halloumi Burgers

BBQ Corn on the Cob

Sides are occasionally overlooked with barbecues, but trust us when we say corn on the cob is ESSENTIAL. Experiment with different types of homemade butter flavouring. For us, chilli powder is a delicious addition.
