No-one likes complaining, so along with our carefully selected products, we’ve put processes in place to make sure you won’t have to.

Our butchers work from bespoke customer specification sheets which we produce in-house, which guarantees every product you order comes packed and cut exactly the same way each time.

All orders are cut and packed overnight to ensure they leave at 5.30 am. This means we get most deliveries to our customers by midday, making sure the lunch service never goes without and nothing on the menu is “not available”.

Metal detection is available on all finished products, so you have complete peace of mind that your meat is 100% safe. We keep full records of batch numbers, pack dates, use by dates and traceability for all our customers, no matter how big or small.
