Burts Catering Butchers have been an established business since 1981. Having also been a family butchers since 1967, we are catering butchers in Sussex who specialise in offering quality meat to many different venues and catering establishments across the south east of England.

We operate our own fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles for deliveries of your meat. All our vehicles are equipped with data loggers that record the internal temperature throughout the whole journey, so you know your produce has been stored at the right temperature at all times. For customers outside our standard delivery area, then we supply your meat via our dedicated chilled haulage company Nagel Langdon’s.
