Starting out in a small shop in Bexhill in East Sussex, we now work from a 450m2 state-of-the-art processing facility in East Sussex that exceeds current health and hygiene laws and gives our customers peace of mind that all their produce is handled and processed properly.
We only employ highly-trained, skilled butchers who are not only experienced, but trained to the exacting in-house standards set out by our management team.
